I believe the best ideas grow stronger when you understand how a business actually works.
My journey has been shaped by years inside retail and service businesses: leading teams, serving customers, managing inventory, working with suppliers, and solving the everyday challenges that keep a business moving.
Today, I’m bringing those lessons into brands of my own. Each venture starts with a different customer need, but the approach stays the same: stay hands-on, build thoughtfully, and keep learning.

03 / BUSINESS & OPERATIONS
Building new brands begins with understanding the people, processes, and decisions that make a business work.
Hands-on experience in daily store operations, team leadership, customer service, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships.
Managing the connection between the store, office, and service teams, with a focus on customers, scheduling, accountability, and consistent follow-through.
My background includes working directly with clients, owning and managing a spa, and training others in services such as facials, body massage, body scrubs, and body wraps. I earned CIBTAC Diplomas in Anatomy and Physiology (Honours) and Body Massage (Credit), and Philippine massage therapy registration through CEMT. My additional training includes Algotherm facial and body treatments, plus Facial & Massage training in Bentosa and Bamboo techniques in Cebu.
Staffing, training, payroll, operational planning, and financial oversight. Turning day-to-day decisions into stronger business foundations.
